Position Title: Administrative Coordinator- Corporate Dining 

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination of internal processes, communication, and support functions that enhance our overall guest and associate experience. You’ll act as a central point of contact across departments, supporting initiatives, maintaining accurate data and reporting, and ensuring high-quality execution of projects and daily operations.

 

You’ll bring structure to complex projects, handle sensitive information with discretion, and deliver on tasks that help teams function more effectively and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as a liaison between various departments, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration

· Coordinate and support data entry and reconciliation across accounting, technology, people talent, marketing.

· Track project progress and help ensure timely execution and follow-through

· Coordinate internal requests and communications across departments and with external vendors

· Support the implementation of new initiatives and assist with unit activations or program rollouts

· Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and maintain key documents and databases

· Support budget tracking and help ensure alignment with financial guidelines

· Maintain promotional inventory and oversee fulfillment when needed

· Provide on-site support for events, activations, and employee engagement efforts

· Collaborate with unit managers to gather feedback, streamline workflows, and improve operational performance

 

Qualifications and Experience:

· 2+ years of accounting, administrative, operations, or project coordination experience; hospitality or foodservice experience is a plus

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

· Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and comfortable learning new systems

· Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate team needs

· Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset

· High level of discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
