Job Summary

Position Overview

The Bar & Concession Runner supports the bar and concession teams by ensuring products, supplies, and equipment are stocked, organized, and delivered efficiently during events. This role is fast‑paced, hands‑on, and essential for maintaining smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock bars and concession stands with beverages, snacks, ice, cups, utensils, and other supplies throughout events

• Assist bartenders and concession staff by transporting inventory from storage areas to service locations

• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or needs promptly

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage rooms, coolers, and prep areas

• Dispose of trash and recycling as needed to keep service areas tidy

• Support setup and breakdown of bars and concession stations before and after events

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and venue policies

• Provide general assistance to the food & beverage team as directed

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs or more

• Walking, standing, and moving quickly for extended periods

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Prior hospitality, event, or food service experience is a plus but not required

• Must be able to adjust to sudden changes in job responsibilites to service the needs of each event and client

• Must be professional and customer service driven

Schedule & Work Environment

• Flexibility to work any event based schedule  

• Morning, evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required

• Work takes place in a dynamic, high‑energy environment with frequent movement between indoor and outdoor areas
