Bench Patient Services Manager

In this role, you’ll lead a team that makes sure patients receive meals that meet both their health needs and personal preferences. You’ll be part of a fast-paced hospital environment where compassion, service, and teamwork are everything.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading, training, and supporting a team that delivers meals to patients with care and accuracy
Making sure meals follow specific dietary needs while still tasting great
Helping hit patient satisfaction goals—because great food and service matter in healing
Keeping things running smoothly and staying compliant with healthcare regulations
Joining in on hospital programs that improve quality, service, and patient experiences
What We’re Looking For:
An associate degree + 1 year of foodservice experience OR a bachelor’s in foodservice management or a related field
Previous leadership experience, ideally in a healthcare setting
CDM, DTR, or RD credentials? Even better (but not required)
ServSafe® certification is a plus
Tech-savvy enough to use Microsoft Office, EMRs, and food service systems
