We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Café Manager to lead daily operations at a high-volume corporate dining facility in Boston, MA. This role is responsible for overseeing food service excellence, supervising front-line associates, and supporting financial and operational goals. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, hire, train, and coach café associates to deliver exceptional service
Manage day-to-day café operations, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
Plan and execute café promotions and special events to drive engagement
Maintain compliance with sanitation, safety, and health standards
Monitor and manage operational budgets and cost controls
Identify opportunities to improve service, streamline processes, and grow the business
Support other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 2–3 years of relevant hospitality experience in foodservice or hospitality in a high-volume setting.
Background in corporate dining, country clubs, restaurants, hotels, is a plus
Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and food service equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
ServSafe or local health certification preferred
