Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, supervise, and mentor a diverse team.
- Plan and execute engaging promotions and special events.
- Ensure impeccable sanitation and safety standards.
- Manage budgets and find smart ways to enhance business performance.
- Oversee daily café operations and handle other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or similar foodservice operations.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- ServSafe or Department of Health Certification a plus.
