Job Summary
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and a drive for operational excellence? We’re looking for an Operations Manager who excels in a guest- and client-facing environment to lead our café and retail operations to new heights.
In this crucial position, you’ll represent our brand, ensuring every visitor interaction mirrors our dedication to excellence, service, and creativity. You’ll coordinate daily operations, encourage and develop a top-performing team, and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients. Your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems swiftly, and lead all aspects of with integrity will be key to your success. This position requires availability during nights and weekends.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the customer experience by ensuring outstanding service and presentation across café and retail spaces
- Lead, train, and motivate a team to exceed operational goals and deliver outstanding customer happiness
- Manage food programs with a focus on quality, freshness, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies for growth and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with clients to uphold brand standards and foster lasting partnerships
- Be available for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in food service or hospitality operations
- Outstanding communication skills—you’re a clear speaker, an attentive listener, and a confident presence with guests and clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A genuine passion for great food and outstanding service
- Solid culinary knowledge and familiarity with kitchen protocols and safety standards
- A proactive attitude with a strong dedication to work
