Concessions Attendant

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Provide friendly, professional customer service to all guests.
  • Greet customers and assist with menu, product, and pricing questions.
  • Accurately process payment transactions.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and maintain accountability.
  • Serve pre-packaged food items, snacks, beverages, and other concession products.
  • Restock concession stand inventory, supplies, and display areas throughout events.
  • Monitor product levels and notify supervisors when inventory is running low.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable concession stand area.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and serving products.
  • Ensure condiment stations, beverage stations, and guest-facing areas remain stocked and tidy.
  • Verify identification and follow all alcohol service policies when applicable.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and equipment shutdown.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, menu offerings, and venue policies.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to provide efficient service during peak periods.
  • Follow all company, venue, safety, and cash-handling policies and procedures.
  • Support a positive guest experience by creating a welcoming and hospitable environment.
  • Other Duties As Assigned

  Physical Requirements 

  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Lift and carry products or supplies up to 25lbs
  • Work in a fast-paced environment during events and peak business periods.
