Job Summary

As a Restaurant Cook, you will prepare and execute menu items with precision, consistency, and creativity while supporting Levy's commitment to culinary excellence. You'll work alongside a talented culinary team to deliver exceptional meals that complement the immersive entertainment experience of Netflix House.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to Levy recipes, standards, and specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
• Execute food production efficiently while maintaining presentation, flavor, and portion control standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared, held, and served at proper temperatures while complying with food safety guidelines.
• Taste and evaluate products during preparation to maintain quality standards.
• Support multiple stations and assist with service execution during high-volume periods.
• Follow established production schedules and ensure timely preparation of menu items.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations throughout each shift.
• Properly store, label, rotate, and handle food products in accordance with HACCP and food safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, stocking, and organization of food and supplies.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Support special events, VIP experiences, themed activations, and high-volume operating periods.
• Collaborate with chefs, supervisors, and fellow team members to ensure a seamless culinary operation.
• Follow all health, sanitation, safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Utilize proper personal protective equipment, including cut gloves, oven mitts, fryer gloves, and slip-resistant footwear as required.
• Maintain a strong commitment to personal safety and the safety of teammates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hotel, entertainment venue, or high-volume food service experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of food preparation techniques, knife skills, and kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP principles.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced culinary environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies and equipment as needed.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak operating periods.
• ServSafe Food Handler or equivalent certification preferred.
