Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

Job Summary
The Data Product Manager is accountable for the successful delivery, adoption, governance, and ongoing value realization of Power BI dashboards and analytics products. They serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, data teams, and dashboard developers, ensuring reporting solutions meet business needs while adhering to data governance, quality, security, and deployment standards. This aligns with SSC's emphasis on business accountability, intake prioritization, adoption, governance, and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Stakeholder Management
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Facilitate KPI definition and standardization.
- Coordinate reviews with operational leaders, SMEs, and end users.
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the dashboard lifecycle.
Dashboard Deployment & Release Management
- Own the deployment process from development through production.
- Coordinate UAT, stakeholder sign-off, and production readiness reviews.
- Ensure documentation, training materials, and support processes are completed before release.
- Manage release communications and adoption activities.
Data Governance & Quality
- Promote compliance with governance frameworks and security requirements.
- Provide secondary support for data governance tasks owned by the Data & Reporting Analyst
Adoption & Value Realization
- Measure dashboard usage, adoption, and business outcomes.
- Collect enhancement requests and user feedback.
- Drive training, office hours, and change management activities.
- Continuously improve dashboard effectiveness based on user needs.
Agile Delivery Leadership
- Translate business objectives into Epics, Features, and PBIs.
- Prioritize sprint work with development teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, demos, backlog refinement, and release reviews.
- Ensure delivered functionality aligns with business value and acceptance criteria
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in business intelligence, business analytics, financial analytics or a related field, including Finance and/or Operations support.
- Strong client-service, organizational and project-management skills, including testing, documentation, training and adoption across multiple priorities.
- Experience with embedded analytics, paginated reports, row-level security, deployment pipelines or source-controlled Power BI development.
