Job Summary
Bring bold flavors and big leadership to the table! As the Executive Chef, you will lead all culinary operations, ensuring dishes exceed expectations while upholding safety and quality standards. You'll collaborate with partners, manage food cost targets, and develop a high-performing kitchen team committed to excellence.
Qualifications:
Culinary degree or equivalent experience in high-volume hospitality environments
5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience
Proficient in food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
Experience with inventory management and cost controls
Strong leadership and team development skills
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all culinary operations, menus, and kitchen staff
Ensure high standards for food quality, presentation, and safety
Develop seasonal and event-based menus with creativity and cost awareness
Lead recruiting, training, and scheduling for culinary team
Maintain compliance with Levy and health department standards
Monitor food and labor costs to align with budget goals
Partner with operations teams to support event execution
