Position Title: EXECUTIVE CHEF-WOODLAND PARK. CO
Salary: $75,000-$85,000/annually

Job Summary
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience: Culinary degree (A.S.) or equivalent experience, with 3–5 years in progressive culinary leadership.
Catering Expertise: Large-scale, high-end catering, batch cooking and event experience is a plus.
High-Volume Mastery: Proven success in complex, fast-paced foodservice environments.
Hands-On Leadership: Skilled in both the art and the execution of cooking.
Business Savvy: Strong knowledge of food trends, cost control, sanitation, and production.
Tech Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, email, and online systems.
Certifications: ServSafe certification preferred.

Plan and execute both regular and specialty menus in line with company standards.

Maintain spotless, organized workspaces with strong cleaning and maintenance systems.
Manage inventory and food costs while ensuring the right products are always on hand.
Maximize the use of ingredients through smart menu planning and waste reduction.
Ensure compliance with all health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with leadership, attend key meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement.
