Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and service-focused General Manager to lead a high-quality, chef-driven food program at a fast-growing tech company. This Monday–Friday operation delivers exceptional workplace dining experiences. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the General Manager oversees daily operations, financial performance, team leadership, and client relations, ensuring continued innovation and excellence in a well-supported, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations across all functional areas of the account
Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, P&L accountability, and cost control
Direct HR functions including recruitment, team development, training, and performance management
Coordinate scheduling, payroll, and labor optimization
Maintain outstanding client, guest, and internal relationships
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop innovative, seasonal menus
Launch and manage new culinary initiatives in partnership with corporate marketing and culinary teams
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in foodservice operations, with strong exposure to high-volume production and catering
Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance
Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and fostering a positive workplace culture
Passion for food and hospitality, with a desire to grow within a dynamic, top-tier foodservice company
