Job Summary
The Hospitality Services Supervisor leads a cross-functional team and oversees daily operations. This role partners with the Hospitality Director to align workplace initiatives with operational and financial goals, foster strong client relationships, and support community engagement in a dynamic environment.
Core Functions
Serve as the main point of contact for all guests, employees, clients and vendors
Support office logistics
Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate standards
Foster a collaborative team environment
Leverage leadership training to support team development
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering all office metrics
Coordinate and communicate effectively with the operations team to ensure accurate space and catering bookings
Resolve space and amenities issues to enhance user experience
Manage the team inbox and escalate service issues as needed
Guide and coach ambassadors to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Monitor floor activity, and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery
Responsibilities
Schedule staff to ensure full coverage across service areas in close collaboration with Accenture Floor Leadership
Communicate proactively with team and leadership, especially regarding changes or support needs
Maintain and audit online tools and processes for accuracy
Assist with workplace requests and workplace needs
Deliver and train team in white glove service; elevated attention to high level guests and meetings; influence and build skills in team members to maintain service standards
Lead daily team briefings and task coordination
Act as escalation point for service issues and customer feedback
Perform administrative duties and guide team members
Oversee a large team of Welcome Hosts across multiple floors
Support onboarding of new team members
Assist with onsite events and desk coverage
Manage employee and visitor badge processes per client standards
Perform other duties as required
Key Competencies

Strong client relationship and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong presentation and listening skills
Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace technology
Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence
Ethical and discreet with an elevated level of confidentiality
Ownership mindset and initiative-taking approach
Minimum of one year experience managing high-volume, multi-department operations in corporate or luxury hospitality
Skilled in business analysis and client value delivery
Proven leadership in team development and service excellence training
