Job Summary
Lead with heart—build a people-first culture at one of California’s premier venues. The Director of Human Resources will oversee all HR functions, implement company-wide policies, and foster an inclusive workplace. They will drive recruitment, compliance, and talent development strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Comprehensive knowledge of California labor laws and compliance regulations
Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations
Guide performance management and succession planning processes
Ensure legal compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Lead training and development programs
