Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 / year

Overview
Ensure the region surpasses refresh goals and monitor sales lift 810 postrefresh Drive sales growth meet revenue targets and maintain excellent customer service across all retail locations Requires strong retail sales communication merchandising marketing knowledge and leadership skills
Supervisory Responsibilities
Collaborate with drivers warehouse and Customer Service Manager during refresh projects
Key Responsibilities
Frequent onsite visits to uphold standards and build client relationships
Partner with clients and operations to address needs
Communicate updates to drivers and track refresh progress
Identify stores with declining sales and recommend updates to product mix branding and technology
Lead merchandising marketing and tailored solutions to enhance customer experience
Manage retail strategies regionally and corporately
Ensure projects meet timelines budgets and goals
Troubleshoot systems equipment and POS technology onsite
Support pricing audits and reporting for leadership and clients
Organize resources to achieve strategic objectives
Enforce compliance with policies legal safety and health standards
Report critical issues to Senior Management for account retention or risk
Preferred Qualifications
Highly organized adaptable with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships
Detail Oriented with a commitment to quality
Project management retail merchandising warehouse or purchasing experience a plus
Willing to travel regionally up to 80
