Job Summary:
The Manager of Maintenance and Technicians will supervise a team of Service Technicians for micro markets, vending, water, and coffee divisions. This role will also be responsible for training newly hired Service Technicians and handling escalated complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries, service requests, and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure all repairs are completed promptly and in line with company standards.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for on-site repairs, as well as manage in-house repair orders.
• Track and maintain repair service records, including parts inventory.
• Work closely with suppliers to order necessary parts and materials for repairs.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in the repair process.
• Provide training and mentorship to new technicians and offer ongoing support for existing team members.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve any complaints or service issues.
• Manage ticketing systems and work orders.
• Provide premier customer service to both internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of various machines and technical repair requirements (commercial or residential).
• Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role in an industry dedicated to providing customer support.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple service requests efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
