PANTRY COORDINATOR (PART TIME)
- We are hiring immediately for a part time PANTRY COORDINATOR position.
- Location: First Eagle Credit - 600 Steamboat Road, Greenwich, CT 06830. Note: online applications accepted only.
- Schedule: Part time schedule. Monday through Friday; 7:00 am to 11:00 am. Further details upon interview.
- Requirement: Previous food service and hospitality experience required.
- Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.
- Additional Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain fully stocked office pantry areas with beverages, snacks, coffee supplies, condiments, and other essential products to ensure consistent availability.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming product deliveries for accuracy, quality, and expiration dates, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of perishable and nonperishable products while maintaining food safety standards and appropriate refrigeration temperatures.
- Monitor inventory levels, establish appropriate stock quantities, and coordinate replenishment orders to prevent shortages, minimize waste, and maintain efficient operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to requests, resolving concerns, and communicating product updates to ensure a positive client experience.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary pantry and storage areas while performing routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of coffee and beverage equipment.

Job Summary
Summary: Responsible for food/beverage distribution from the pantry, pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion.
- Maintains and performs product inventory.
- Understands menu offerings.
- Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet.
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
