Job Summary

As a Restaurant Bartender, you will play a critical role in delivering an elevated dining and entertainment experience for guests visiting Netflix House. Beyond preparing beverages, you'll serve as a hospitality ambassador, creating welcoming interactions and memorable moments while maintaining Levy's high standards for service, quality, and presentation. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy engaging with guests, and are passionate about hospitality, beverage craftsmanship, and entertainment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Levy recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional guest service through friendly, engaging, and personalized interactions.
• Create a fun, welcoming, and energetic atmosphere that complements the immersive experience of Netflix House.
• Maintain expert knowledge of specialty cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, mocktails, and food pairings.
• Verify guest age and identification while ensuring responsible alcohol service in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and take appropriate action when necessary to ensure a safe environment.
• Accurately enter orders, process payments, and follow all cash-handling procedures.
• Stock, organize, and maintain bar inventory, including spirits, beer, wine, garnishes, glassware, mixers, and supplies.
• Prepare fresh garnishes, juices, syrups, and cocktail ingredients to ensure consistency and product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all bar areas throughout each shift.
• Support special events, VIP experiences, promotions, and themed activations within Netflix House.
• Collaborate with servers, culinary teams, and operations leaders to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Secure cash banks, beverage inventory, and equipment following company procedures.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, entertainment venue, hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, spirits, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a high-volume environment.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong team orientation.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
• ServSafe Alcohol, TIPS, or equivalent certification preferred.
