Job Summary
Supervise hourly team members to ensure job duties required to maintain all kitchens and food distribution work areas, kitchen equipment in clean and orderly condition are executed at high levels at America's Center & the Dome.
Essential Duties and Reponsibilities
- Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
- Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
- Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
- Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
- Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Must be able to push/pull 50 lbs.
- Must wear slip resistant shoes.
- Exposed to hot and cold temperatures periodically.
