Job Summary

Levy is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Support & Maintenance team member for our enterprise applications. The role works in collaboration with the Enterprise Application Product team and Business Owners to maximize support and implement product efficiencies. This position primarily supports the Suites & Catering enterprise systems, with cross training to various financial & premium enterprise applications. The individual will be responsible for timely response to all configuration inquiries, oversee L1 and L2 support incidents and resolution, while maintaining system configuration standards and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Resolve configuration and application technical issues, and effectively communicate with business users
  • Work collaboratively between the product and business operation teams for all new business implementation and configurations
  • Responsible for accurate data configuration/content management across application, including financial, legal language, item/menu data
  • Work with the Product and Business stakeholders to manage configuration builds for all venues: maintaining global configuration standards across application hierarchy
  • Interact with users to confirm build accuracy, and manage configuration requests/queue in accordance with defined SLA’s
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 system support to global users for premium application issues
  • Work with the Product Owner on system enhancements, including training materials, release notes and product manuals
  • Identify opportunities for business—led delivery, coach users to make use of technology and information
  • Promote application consistency and usability standards; define and execute test cases for future enhancements
  • Engage with product teams to support and influence project tasks/implementations

Qualifications

  • Strong user-centric mindset, deliver prompt efficient quality service
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, detail orientated and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality software
  • Ability to effectively articulate ideas, resolution, updates and information to user and leadership through verbal and written communication
  • Seeks to understand the business process and future development needs
  • Strong background in hospitality, data quality, data configuration and data profiling
  • BA or Associates degree in information technology or equivalent hospitality experience in the field. Experience with catering software and Hospitality Operations
  • Experience in incident management system, Cherwell, Remedy, Zendesk, or comparable system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
