Job Summary

The Manager of Community Partnerships & Engagement serves as a senior representative of Morrison Healthcare in collaboration with our client, dedicated to strengthening our presence in the Orlando community. This role builds strategic partnerships, champions diversity and inclusion, and creates meaningful connections through local businesses, events, and community organizations. By aligning Morrison’s values with our client’s mission, the Director ensures we are not only serving patients and guests, but also investing in and uplifting the communities around us.

The Community Engagement & Partnership Manager serves as the representative of Morrison Healthcare in partnership with our client, building strong and lasting connections with the broader Orlando community. This role will focus on creating meaningful relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and diverse partners to showcase Morrison and our client’s shared commitment to the people we serve.

The Manager will lead initiatives that elevate our presence in the community, support diversity and inclusion efforts, and foster partnerships that align with Morrison’s values and our client’s mission of caring for and improving lives.

 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Morrison, our client, and the Orlando community, representing both organizations with professionalism and authenticity.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local restaurants, minority/diversity-owned businesses, and other community partners.
  • Organize and participate in community events, such as golf tournaments, hospital fundraisers, children’s hospital initiatives, and local festivals, ensuring Morrison and our client have a visible and positive presence.
  • Develop strategies to deepen community relationships, enhance brand recognition, and strengthen local engagement efforts.
  • Collaborate with Morrison and client leadership to identify community needs and align partnership opportunities with organizational priorities.
  • Track, measure, and report on community engagement activities and outcomes to demonstrate impact and value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in community relations, partnership development, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in building partnerships and organizing community-facing events.
  • Passion for community engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across organizational teams and represent both Morrison and client in a positive light.
